What would you like to do?
There are integrations with several companies that partner with centers to provide after hours counseling services. The integrations allow centers to use the web component to import notes created by after hours providers. To use these integrations:
1. Navigate to Settings > System Settings > Integrations tab to review the list of providers.
2. Contact the integration company to obtain the information required to activate the integration (API Client ID, password, partner key, etc.).
3. On the Integrations tab in system settings, click the Setup button for the desired company.
4. Click the Active check box and enter the account information from the integration company.
5. Set the current date as the "ignore notes before" date.
6. Choose the note type to be created in the client file when the documentation is imported.
7. For clients who don't already have a record in Titanium, choose whether to create a new client record or to create a non-client note.
8. If desired, click to automatically sign and lock incoming notes. (Note: If you choose a confidential note type and click to automatically sign, the user who runs the approve incoming data process must have Provider 1 or Provider 2 security and a be set as a supervisor or unsupervised.)
9. Click Close.
10. Click Apply to save your changes.
11. Click the Users and Schedules tab > Users and Schedules Button.
12. From the list, select users who will be processing the incoming data.
13. Repeat for all users who will process incoming integration data.
14. Click Save and Ext.
For an additional fee, centers can choose to use scored versions of several assessments copyrighted by Pearson Assessments. The assessments include the Beck Anxiety Inventory, Beck Depression Inventory - 2, Beck Hopeless Scale, Beck Scale for Suicide Ideation, and the Quality of Life Inventory.
1. Contact Titanium Software to place an order to use the integration.
2. Navigate to the Pearson Assessments website to place an order as a Titanium Schedule customer.
3. Navigate to Settings > System Settings > Integrations tab.
4. Click Setup the setup button next to Pearson.
5. Click in the box to activate the integration.
6. Enter the activation key received from Titanium and the API Key, user name and password received from Pearson Assessments.
7. Click Authenticate.
8. Click Close.
9. Click Apply.
The assessments have been added to the list of data forms, accessible from the Notes and Data Forms tab. The assessments can be added to the web component menu or attached to notes, in the same way as any other data form. When the data form is saved or approve incoming data is run, the user will see an API box which indicates that the assessment is being scored. The score fields at the bottom of the data form will be automatically completed, and an interpretive report in .pdf format will be attached to the note.
